Can I change or cancel my order?
As we process orders as quickly as possible, any changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order.
After this time, changes or cancellations are no longer possible. However, you may return your order once it has been received in accordance with our return policy.


What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal.


When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday.
Processing time is usually 1–3 business days, and orders are shipped on the next business day after processing.
Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.


How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to international shipping and high demand, delivery usually takes approximately 2–4 weeks.


What if I don’t receive my order?
If you do not receive your order within 30 days after it has been shipped, you are eligible for a full refund.


Will I be charged customs duties or taxes?
Prices displayed on our website are tax-free. This means customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees may apply once your order reaches your country.
These charges are determined by your local customs office and must be paid by the customer.
Buy Luck is not responsible for delays caused by customs.


What is your return policy?
In accordance with German consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order.

Returned items must:

  • Be unused

  • Be in their original packaging

  • Be in resalable condition


How do I return an item?

When will I receive my refund?
All refunds are issued to the original payment method.
If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the return is received or approved.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund to your account.
